This is a smooth and highly fragrant Sandalwood powder made exclusively from the heartwood, the part of the tree that contains the highest levels of essential oils. The color is a darker shade than other grades of Sandalwood of the same species, one indicator of its quality besides its potent aroma.

Suggestions for use as a face mask or pack:
• Patch test first
• Add 2 grams to a shallow dish and mix with water, rose hydrosol or milk to form a thin paste. A small pinch of acacia gum will make it stickier and provide added benefits.
• Apply evenly to the face or other area of interest, allowing it to set (10-15 minutes). Gently wash off and pat dry.
