Here is a blend for patchouli lovers. Three harmonious aromatic ingredients: The earthy, herbaceous green herb at the lead with cedar and sandalwood at its side. These natural incense sticks have a true patchouli scent, not a cheap imitation or fragrance.

Instead of using dried patchouli leaves, we've opted for patchouli essential oil -- both the fresh green oil and the highly regarded dark aged oil for a complete experience. Essential oil has a stronger, more pure aroma without the harsh smoke from burning leaves.

And to put things into perspective, the average essential oil yield from patchouli leaves is 2.3% by weight, so each tube of 20 sticks contains the equivalent essential oil content of 3/4 lbs of dried leaves! As you can see, there is no skimping on patchouli in this blend.

Made in small batches from scratch using strictly natural ingredients.

As will all of our incense, these sticks are made at the Nectar Cloud studio in Oregon. We use a manual extruder to make the sticks, then finish by hand using traditional techniques learned from our Japanese friends. The sticks are allowed to gently dry and cure, then packaged in beautiful mulberry paper tubes.

Since these are thick, coreless incense sticks without a bamboo splint, an incense burner with larger holes or vessel filled with sand is recommended for burning.
