High grade White Joss powder for making incense cones, sticks and coils. This is 100% pure and finely ground powder.
White Joss binds powdered woods, herbs and resins together and imparts little of its own scent besides a mild and pleasant woody aroma.
White Joss is a powerful binder which makes it a great alternative to Makko. It doesn't provide the same combustion assistance as Makko does, though that is not usually required when your recipe is chiefly wood powder. White Joss is less expensive and more readily available than Makko as well.
