Gum Benzoin from Laos
This high-grade Benzoin has a potent, vanilla-like fragrance with hints of toffee and honey. Its aroma can also be described as balsamic, sweet and fresh. It blends well with many other aromatics and accentuates incense recipes by only using a small amount.
This aromatic smoke produced by Siam Benzoin is extremely potent! Its recommend to use very small quantities, either alone or in blends. Some people may find the smoke overwhelming if used in larger quantities.
Obtained from Styrax Tonkinensis trees in the lush forest of Laos. Gum Benzoin is used in incense, perfumery, as a flavoring and as medicine.
These are smaller resin pieces, 1/2" or less in size.
